T	Thomas Dafinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The newly opened SilverKris Lounge in Terminal 3 is an absolute asset. It is so spacious and it has a contemporary and modern design in my opinion. Vegetarian food choices increased in a Singapore Airlines lounge finally. They even have japanese toilets in the bathroom! I’m looking forward to return as soon as possible!
c	c chai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new lounge seemed much bigger and brighter. I think it gobbled up the former Krisflyer lounge. I don't think it's actually completed. Nevertheless the space feels good. Food isn't back to pre pandemic level. I didn't like the food ordering service It was clunky. The QR code didn't work on my iPhones. Given the day of flight, the lounge weren't many people, the A-la-carte food service was not fast enough. If you in a mad dash hoping to order something from the menu, be warned. This is where I see the issue. On my day, somehow senior staff weren't smiling but the food service staff were.
L	La Madame NomNom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully equipped but fully packed with people too. .. we have to pace up and down a couple of times to get seated. Not exclusive at all... First class, Business class, PPS and Gold all sharing the same lounge....
E	Eva Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast Internet, with a great shower, combining great coffee/tea/wine selection, I can't be happier as someone travelling for business with a long layover. I was able to take conference calls and code remotely just as usual. All of a sudden long layover isn't so bad anymore.
A	Anna Kee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is less crowded compared to a month ago. May be the time does make a different. A month ago, my flight arrived early in the morning. When I arrived at the lounge, I was able to find one table. But as time went by, more people came and after I came out from my shower, I could no longer find a place to sit down. It got to a point, it was very much chaotic in the lounge. Not enough food, drinks and etc. Service basically was inexistence. However, today when i checked in to the lounge around 1:30pm, so different from my last visit. Excellent service by the attendants compared to a month ago. As for food options, they have plenty of vegetarian options. But I would like them to know, may be they can include one or two green vegetable dishes. Mostly they serve carbs food.
H	H R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Silver Kris Lounge at Changi airport is available for First/Business Class Passengers. Star Alliance Gold members of various airlines are also allowed access. The lounge is spacious and clean. Food options are limited when compared with Emirates or Qatar but the service is pretty good. The views onto the tarmac are good too. Self service bars are available for drinks and champagne.
S	Shahedul Haque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminal 3 SilverKris Lounge a newly renovated one. Shower is included with all amenities including shaving and tooth brash. I came at 1.30 am with very less crowd. Drinks, hot tea , coffee with foods are with wide variety. I have transit of 11 hours 30 minutes which is difficult to spend since for such long time I found difficult to remain seated. Looked for room in two transit hotels but all fully booked. My personal opinion is it is good for 4-5 hours transit.
B	Brian He on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess the experience varies with the time you use the lounge. It's much quieter when your flights depart in the afternoon. Bad luck for people on midnight and early morning flights. Food options were decent and the best thing about the lounge is the amazing shower facility. And of course the unlimited booze.
