staffs are great and price is reasonable. due to the pandemic, waiting are outside the clinic. counter staffs are welcoming and docs are assuring.

I was there yesterday to retrieve ashes of my cat. I waited in queue but someone cut my queue and went straight to the counter. The counter staff didnt care at all and instead laughed and joked with the other customer. Only the vet came and assisted me, she was very polite and understanding that my cat was gone. Unlike the counter staff. 5.30pm on 26.12.21..

16.05.2022, went there for my cat urine blockage. The morning recept lady, wasnt friendly at all and really blunt the way how she talk. My cat was attended by dr chrisma, gentle and very detailed in her explanation. We explained our situation and she understand it well. She do what is best for our lovely cat. 17.05.2022, Dr chrisma is on off/leave and was referred to Dr deng, another nice doc and very detailed in her explaining. 18.05.2022, dr chrisma took over and gave us really assurance that our cat will be better and we can fetch him back home. She also felt happy for our cat blood test result. The recept girl by the name of shima is very proffesional and friendly unlike the chinese lady arrogant and blunt. The nurse who attended to fifil also very nice and proffesional. Unlike the chinese girl at the reception counter. The 4 staff that i mentioned deserved a good compliment. If anyone wanna visit the vet, please look for them. Your cat will be treated well.

Highly recommended. The veterinarian that check on my boy was extremely professional. Far most experienced veterinarian that I encounter. My dog has the same old issue with his left hip joint since young and other vet that I went gave him injection for pain relief and pain killer. Did x-ray and blood test. However they only run through the x-ray result with me but not blood test result even its normal. Been to joyous vet and my family vet none of the vet did what singvet does. Singvet veterinarian went through in details with me from blood test to x-ray on my dog condition. The veterinarian also told me what needs to worry about and what to take note of. I really appreciate their services and full care towards my dog. Singvet veterinarian didn't gave my dog injection for pain relief but goes straight to the issue. She gave my dog supplement injection for his hip joint issue. Even explained to me the reason for giving the jab. The service counter lady (Malay lady) was so friendly and professional. She even brought a bowl of water for my boy to drink. Such a sweet and friendly lady. I was thinking that the bill will be shocking as my past experience bill was around 700+ to 800+. The bill came out to be 500+. Its very reasonable price. Best part is their professionalism and service are extremely excellent. Thank you so so much to singvet veterinarian and the service counter lady. I sincerely appreciate all your advice and help today. ? Thank you ladies.

Brought my dog there for her yearly vaccination, the staff are friendly, and the vet are pretty professional. Alternatives and advice are given without hard selling. My dog being terrified of people, seems to be ok to be handled by the vet. Price are reasonable too.

SingVet is a conveniently located heartland clinic. The staff are friendly, especially the morning counter Chinese staff who is efficient and helpful. My dog Yuki was attended by Dr. Estella Liew, who is gentle, understanding and detailed in explanation of Yuki's condition. Yuki's condition has deteriorated towards the end. We lost our beloved Yuki on Sunday, 3/7/22 at 3.12am. Thank you Sing Vet, your condolence card is sincerely appreciated. The happy memories of Yuki stays in our heart forever.
