★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26/2/2022, 115pm at 313 Somerset branch. Poor customer service, ordered cold drink, but serve me in hot drink, barista was unhappy because has to remake the drink, her face is like I owe her money.
The staff who take ordering was very friendly, appreciated it. only the barista attitude is terrible. I hope Starbucks can train your staff more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assisted by Xinhui at Starbucks 313 somerset. Service is not good as she was unhappy when my fiancee changed her drinks size, threw the cap and pen at the counter. She could’ve be more friendly as she is at customer service environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff (the girl who take order) keep correcting many foreign customers’ pronunciation though hers wasn’t accurate. Then gave change in many small coins to those paid by cash (though we already gave her the correct amount to avoid getting small change), maybe that was from the tip box. The most unhappy experience in Starbucks Singapore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from the 313 team today despite the surge of orders during the time I was ordering. Teresa, who took my order, and another girl seemed quite new but could see they were trying their best to learn and cope. Xin Hui who seemed the most experienced with the black apron delivered commendable customer service skills while we were waiting for our drinks. Very impressed! (*My drink was good too!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one starbucks that is a hidden gem. Located at level 2, simply take the escalator beside Marche. It opens quite early and is a nice place to have a quiet breakfast. (It is much quieter than the starbucks at liat tower)
Insider tip: Go for the breakfast set at $7.90 for a coffee and sandwich. Really is a good deal. If you are dining in, they serve with proper cutlery too. Awesome. Cheers.
