★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time I've been here this week. Food is good and service crew is very proactive. For the price point, Tajimaya is definitely on par or maybe better than it's comp set Gyu Kaku both in terms of food quality and service. Would definitely come back again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is great. We had a room for 2 of us. Note that there is no Chef preparing the food in front of u. The service staff would serve and introduce the food. Cost about S$150 all inclusive per pax

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the Xmas Exclusive Wagyu Omakase. Although the food came a little bit too slowly in our opinion, the quality of wagyu is good. 3 of us had the same menu, but unable to agree on which is the best item. This show that almost all the items are good.

Portion is just nice for a 10 course, Star of dinner is A4 Wagyu Steak , it is also extremely delightful to experience chef made condiments of various flowers , seaweed oil , plant based blended sauce that complement and supplement the dining experience with so much flavours. especially grateful that chef has prepared a almost sugar free and favourable dessert. Also shut out for a dedicated and great service from Kevin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We opted for the buffet as we think we would be eating a lot. Good choice. Service was fast initially but we have to wait quite a while after our 4th or 5th orders. The number of customers were still about the same. Not sure why after that, food came slower and slower. Toward the end, we had to ask at least 2-3 times before one plate appeared.
Meat quality is quite good. We were quite happy until we had to ask for our orders again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under a hundred bucks free flow house beer and all you can eat at 100mins . Good quality beef, although is Australian beef ... Selection of all you can eat is quite vast . From appetizers to rice bowl , sushi and meat/seafood selection. Speed of delivery is good enough. The property is spacious and the smokeless burner did its job well . 3 stars because at the start of the dinner, oysters blade was no stock , drinks only limited to Sprite. That's not good when you are forking out good money . My charcoal fire was rather weak at the beginning , had to request them to add more charcoal for the right temperature. If you encounter my issue , please ask them to add ASAP. If not you will be wasting time for the food to get cook slowly.

And since we simply love the sort of food that reminds us why we are not vegetarians, we feasted on some really tender and juicy cuts of premium Japanese Wagyu, paired with the perfect bottle of sake of course. We trusted the extremely service-oriented and knowledgeable staff on their personal recommendations but honestly, you simply can't go wrong with any item on the menu. Thank you to the crew at Tajimaya for the hospitality and professionalism.
