Read the reviews of other branches and you would see the commonality.
I went to return a faulty humidifier and they tried to turn the tables on me, accusing me of spoiling it when none of the functions worked to begin with.
The cashier repeatedly said "tell me the truth, tell me the truth", implying that I was lying to her about the item and she refused to hear me out at all.
You would think that from all the profits TGP is earning from their insane markups, they could at least provide decent customer service training to their staff. Just buy from shopee instead!

When I approached her to ask her for the price of a ring she told me in a very condescending tone and expression that it is for per piece and not for the whole box. When I told her that I don’t like her attitude she told me it is ok I can go ahead and make a complain. She should not be in customer service retail at all. 14/11/2021. 5:30pm 313 Somerset outlet
