Regardless of extenuating personal circumstances they offer zero flexibility to even get a store credit if you want more time to consider your exchange. Store credit is not an option, even if request is made within 1 hour of purchase and tags still on. To make things worse, they had me speak to a “manager” who has no more authority than any other employee. That just made my situation worse because I was so short on time. Busy moving? Too bad. Will never shop here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three months ago, I first heard of the store Under Armour from one of my friends, and how it sells durable sports items of a great variety. When I visited this branch at Orchard Central, I came with the intention to find tights of grey colour, however the only colours available was black and white. When I asked the staff for grey colour tights, he told me that they don't sell that colour, and so I suggested to him to feedback to his store manager to have more colour variations, and he told me that he had received other feedback similar to what I have mentioned, and promised to make these suggestions happen. However, when I went back to the same store recently, I did see more colours, but they were for shorts and shirts, but the colours for the tights still remained as white and black options. Truly disappointed with the fact that the promise to have more colour options for tights wasn't fulfilled
