β β β β β As a vegetarian, the options i have was not as many. I ordered the meat free Kinoko Tempura and i was shocked as it was so crispy and the dipping sauce was so flavourful!! Iβve also ordered the mentai mayo cheese potato which is also really good!! I would definitely recommend any vegetarians to try Yayoi and come back to order it again!!

β β β β β Just had a wonderful, well-prepared set lunch here. The ingredients used are very fresh and I especially enjoyed the smooth fatty salmon sashimi. The soup hotpot looks small but is actually quite deep and is packed with yummy ingredients. However, it was too salty, but you can ask for a separate "teapotβ of water to add into it. I added the whole potβ¦ and finished every bit of it. The ambience is nice and service is excellent too. Have not had such an enjoyable and satisfying lunch for a long time!

β β β β β It was a good experience at Yayoi @ Northpoint City. The staff were friendly and the food was great. There were many options to choose from. The mentai mayo tamagoyaki was really good as it had a good balance in flavours. The Green Apple Cooler was really refreshing as well. Overall, my visit to Yayoi was great and would recommend others to try as well!!

β β β β β The outlet is very clean. The staff are patient. Food came without long wait. Free flow of their rice. My seaweed udon and the onsen egg are nice. And my friend and I love the smell of the unknown product they use to clean the floor too?

β β β β β Recommend Mentai Mayo Cheese Salmon, itβs cheesy, the salmon was well cooked and compliment well with the mixed mushrooms! Una don was pretty nice as well, the unagi was soft and flavourful. The staffs were friendly, serving was fast and the place was very clean.

β β β β β Affordable, satisfying and delicious lunch set meals. Unagi with egg rice complete set meal with soup and free bottle of mineral water is cheaper than itβs all-carte during lunch hours. Stir fry pork with onion was very good too.
Staff are friendly and hardworking, will be back to try out the other dishes in the near future.

β β β β β Great place to have Japanese rice set meals. Tried the Unagi 3 ways where u have the original taste, with condiments and lastly soup base. Free flow rice and their rice is quite fluffy. Extensive menu mainly rice dishes. Worth a visit.

β β β β β I liked the flavours a lot! Apart from the sashimi, it really felt like the flavours I had in Japan. Overall the main course is really good, and it comes with free refill of rice. Their service is nice, the place is clean.
The dessert is slightly disappointing, but overall it still deserves a 5 star.
