β β β β β Just bit into probably the most unauthentic ang gu kueh in Singapore. Besides the skin being flat and not "Q", the coconut/peanut/salty bean paste is extremely sweet, dry, lumpy and not fresh at all. Staff was also not very friendly.

β β β β β This is the most expensive popiah I have ever eaten (more than $3 per roll) but it is also my favourite. Their skin is smooth and just the right texture and thickness. The sauce is not too sweet and never too much. The vegetables are always fresh. I love that they crumble up small bits of tofu and include it in the popiah - sounds weird but it is really good! The vegetables are always well drained and the popiah doesn't have a soggy bottom. The popiah here is also slightly bigger than that sold at most other popiah stalls. Highly recommend you to try it at least once despite the price.
The staff are also very friendly and accommodating to customisation requests. The chilli has a little bit of a kick but is not very spicy. I think it's just right.
