★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened not long ago at Kallang Wave Mall, standard not that great as compared to their other outlets elsewhere. Complimentary soup give was very diluted. Service staff wasn’t that friendly and there is room for improvement for the hygiene, noticed that many plates and bowls were not clear after patrons left.

My wife and I had this 2 people set meal. The food is OK. Not fantastic.
I think their other outlets are better though I've also not to their other outlets for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now I am trying very hard to find something good about this meal, maybe the chillies? They are pretty spicy for a start. The duck? Tough. The kueh? Bland. The intestines and the pork belly? These seldom go wrong, but unfortunately it went wrong, for a colour this dark I am not sure why the flavour was not robust and did not penetrate through. I was quite disappointed really for I did have good experience at some other outlets.
This is a 2.5 really. Again, Google needs to work on a half star system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this place with low expectation after reading all the previous reviews. We ordered drumstick duk rice (extra meat + egg) and roasted pork charsiew meat rice (+egg). Total $15. Contrary to the prior reviews, the soup is actually hot and nice (not bland),drumstick meat is tender, rice is hot, 2 of the chillis are good. Overall its still good price considering its inside the mall with aircon. The only downside is the meat is not hot, only the sauce is hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duck rice was good - above average, but slightly less nice compared to other Yu Kee stalls. Soup was also watered down, but still about average.
Portion was decent, and so is the price, if you treat the place as a food court rather than a hawker stall.
Fresh utensils were pretty dirty - about 20% of them had food bits or stains on them. Food tray handle was also oily, and floor was sticky in some portions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried their Braised Duck Kway Teow and braised rice and both were tasty and affordable too considering it's inside the mall. We have no expectations of the place when we first tried the dishes and we were pleasantly surprised by how good they were. Will definitely come back when we're in the Kallang area again.
