★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanna make a review for a very bad attitude of their staff in the cashier counter. Apparently I’m not the only one, when I read the other reviews. I was in Zara MBS, 2 days ago, shopping in the male section. The attitude of the cashier staff, impolite and no respect. Not only to me, even to my friend whom also shopping. No matter how good your products, but if your sales/service staff attitude like that, I better find another brand to use with. And if Zara is not taking action, for many other reviews have well said, then I will consider to not buy anymore. This is my second time experiencing a bad service at the same branch. Very bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad quality and got rejection of return and refund for no reason after sending request email. I bought it online during COVID-19 period, it’s a new product, and I washed it once after received the order, but had a serious color fading, cannot wear it at all. Really disappointed!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent Ladies, Mens & Kids ranges with updated lines throughout the year.
Their fragrance section and casual/smart casual wear offerings were good. It would be good to see more and better ranges of accessories and jewellery as part of their upcoming lines as this is something ZARA stores do seem to lack in SE Asia.

This was a very bad experience and hopefully no one can get the same experience as we had. I am talking about the guy in the cashier at zara men last sunday 13th of March.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ extremely rude service staff who looks at customers in a condescending manner. They behave as if they own the place. Rudely cut in front of me and my toddler while I was browsing some clothes on the rack to hang a piece back. We were ignored when we asked whether we could use the fitting room. Basically horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucks service! As soon as I walked out of the outlet, I realised there was a defect to the dress I bought for my daughter. Went back in to do an exchange but was told to join the super damn long queue! Cashier don’t even bother to ask if I’m a MBS cardholder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Zara outlet is BIG, especially for ladies. Offers good range of clothes for everyone. They have two stores opposite to each other, one dedicated for women(bigger one) & other one for men. Best time to visit now, as they have good Christmas promotions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not good. Asked them to recommend me their best selling perfume and they recommended me bright rose. However, after researching bright rose is not a popular scent at all.
Staff seemed like they couldnt care less to serve.
