Groomer is very attentive to the dog.

Great looking dog after a full groom!

Went to groom my dog earlier this year. Came back with ticks.. Never again.

Always like working with Ryan the groomer. My dog always goes in happy and comes back happy

The groomer took care of my dog with lots of care and they have cages to put the dogs who are done and waiting for owners. The groomers will then call the owners to pick up their dog.

I sent my 3 months old puppy at ur Serangoon garden outlet for grooming Before he went for grooming he was very happy, cheerful, wag tail alot, laugh a lot. But after sending him for grooming, he is very withdrawn, scared of people, not his usual self, never barks, and pee everywhere even though he was toilet trained before. When we picked him up, your staff kept on saying that our puppy was very naughty. Even though we were not there throughout the whole duration, the fact that he isn’t his normal self suggests that your staff may have done something to him to frighten him / treated him roughly so that they can groom him more easier. I want to see CCTV footage of his grooming to confirm for myself what happened on the day itself via email. I will be not recommending this place after this incident unless proper investigation is carried out to prove my point otherwise. His paws are very red and his left eye area seems to be red too. If you ignore this complaint and do not disclose the full CCTV footage on the day itself, it means you have something to hide and cover up. I want to hear from you soon. You can continue trying to delete my review, I will keep posting.

I have sent my dog to the outlet at Serangoon Gardens for a few times and I was always satisfied with the grooming. Today I decided to go to the outlet at Nex. I was not totally comfortable after I sent my dog in. Perhaps it was this shivering poodle that I saw or maybe I heard dogs that were barking from the metal cages, I decided to go back to the salon to check on how my dog was doing. When I went back, my dog was just sitting in the corner, looking scared in a puddle of his newly shaven fur. I decided to stay. He was then brought into the back room for shower, from where I was standing I could not tell how it went. However when it was time for blowing drying, I was terribly upset with what I saw. The guy shoved him down and was pushing my dog roughly. When he was not struggling with my dog, he was yawning away. Finally I could not stand the whole process, so i got the attention of another groomer and demanded to replace him if he is having so much trouble. She handled it well and immediately told me that she would take over the drying. To be fair, the young lady that was sitting at the counter was rather friendly and patient as well. My dog also had a decent cut. However I would choose professional handling of my dog over service anytime. Today was the first time I was unhappy about the grooming experience and posting about it.
