Bayshop latex bed is of high quality, genuine latex, affordable pricing, I am able to sleep very comfortably throughout the night, with no more aches and pains. You will only know how good it is when you get one.

We were so lucky to stumble onto the Bayshop website as it seemed to offer customization of a mattress in terms of both size and firmness/softness. I want to also highlight that the customer service is unmatched. Brendan gave us his undivided attention for an hour or so on the mattresses they offer, latex process, and different customizations. Even more delightful was that there was no hard sell or a nudge to make a purchase decision quickly. Brendan was very patient in answering all of our questions. The sleep studio also had a play area for smaller children, which we found helpful to keep our 2 year old distracted. The mattress is made of natural latex, it breathes well and stays cool due to natural ventilation. To top it all, the price was compelling. Equivalent latex mattresses from established brands were almost double the price. Even after the purchase, Brendan was available to take questions on whatsapp. All in all, excellent customer service together with a high-quality, comfortable, natural latex mattress made for a very happy customer.

The mattresses here are natural latex with holes in them to stay breathable. Very comfortable and also customizable to your preference with various softness compositions and lengths to suit your bed frame. Best to visit the showroom to decide in person, the owner Brendan is very friendly and will let you lie down on all his mattresses so you can decide what suits you best for sure. Also recommend their pillows.

The BayShop brings mattress shopping to a whole new level, which in my view, is the way mattress shopping should be! You need to make an appointment – quite easily done online or via a phone call – and you are rewarded with an hour to try out the mattresses with personal attention from shop-owner Brendon on your needs. Take as long as you like to lie down and get a feel of the different mattresses, without having other shoppers looking at you or interrupting your shopping experience! Having used different pocket-spring mattresses all of which eventually sagged after 6 or 7 years, my wife and I were looking for an alternative mattress that would last longer and provide the support and comfort we wanted. After checking out a number of places and mattress types, the BayShop had what we wanted with their range of all-natural latex mattresses, from firm to soft and in-between with interesting combinations of the 2. The clincher was the pricing, making this affordable luxury. Having had one for a few months, we have no regrets – soft yet with good support especially for side sleepers and without any pressure point on the body. My wife says that this is the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever had!

Bought 2 bed frames and 2 mattress from BayShop I had a very good experience with the service provided. Brendan is very responsive and accomodating on all my requests. Really appreciate his professionalism, kindness and efficiency. Even Today, he made a follow up on how we are doing with the bed purchased. The items received are in excellent condition and we are very happy and satisfied with our sleeping beds. It was really a great decision to have BayShop to create our customized bed frame and mattress. It is all worth it!

After much research I was so happy to find bayshop. The latex mattresses are all natural (no nasty offgassing) and reasonably priced. On top of that, service is exceptional. Brandon is knowledgeable and cares about helping customers to get a good night's sleep. I used to sleep on a $3000 spring mattress and woke up every day with a stiff neck and sore shoulders. All that is gone now as the bayshop mattress provides good support without causing any pressure.

I love supporting thoughtful small local businesses, and I'm so glad to have found Bayshop. Their latex is completely natural and they have their own factory here doing the cutting of latex to size, hence you're able to customise super easily. They also carry this rare mattress size called small-double (120cm x 200cm), which was the perfect size for my bedroom. (Organic sheets for this size can be found at SOJAO!) Brendan’s service is top-notch. The mattress is really comfortable and cooling. Great value for money. Super under-rated and humble brand. More people should know of them!

Bayshop help me to customise my mattress to fit my IKEA loft bed as i didnt want a thin mattress from IKEA. I have backache and with this full latex mattress it has given be good sleep as compared to many mattress that i have tried.
