★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place charges $100 for walk-ins because its 30 mins before closing time. $25 for walk-ins for normal hours. This is over and on top of medications, consultations etc. what kind of animal loving place picks $ over caring for the animal?!? Especially walk-in means it’s an emergency! This place has no heart for animal if it’s only about $$! Absolutely Absurd and unethical! They should be shut down!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vets and nurses here are caring and detailed with my fur pet! not pushy at all with tests and the clinic itself is very calming, which is good for anxious pawrents like myself. Definitely will be recommending this clinic to friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many Vets actually deal with small animals like a Hamster. Professional consultation from the Dr and great service from the staff. Follow up call the next day after surgery. Text message was sent to update on the next appointment which is great! Strongly recommended for Owners with small furry friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our first time with Brighton Vet and we are absolutely amazed by Dr Melissa’s consultation session. She was extremely detailed oriented, great listener and was very patient with our questions.
The receptionist was friendly and courteous as well. The waiting area was clean and breezy. No strong scent observed.
We even received “minutes” of the consultation via email + a folder of all the tests and receipts done.
It’s pricier than others but it’s absolutely worth the experience and peace of mind.
One ultra minor feedback is that we weren’t informed how long the bandage should have been on given there was blood extraction. Nonetheless, anything can be fixed with a quick Google search.
