Holiday closed is ok. But they don't update google on it. It shows they are open. Called no answer to make it worse. Even if they don't know how to contact google, the least they can do is to setup an answering machine to inform clinic is closed ?

Came here to have my family’s overseas Covid vaccination records reviewed and submitted to the authorities. Smooth process, and reception staff and Doctor were incredibly helpful.

Called at 4, asking whether they still accept walk ins. Wah, tone of the receptionist on the phone sounds irritated. I know u guys close at 4.45. I was nearby, 5 mins walk.. but the fact that your receptionist seems so unwilling to assure me that it’s fine for me to come down asap. Totally turns me off.. came down , raffles medical next door kinda crowded, clover was empty btw but I rather go next door. At least the front staff there are very friendly, approachable…

Dr Tan was really nice despite the bad reviews directed to a dr(not sure if its the same dr) which i saw on Google review which made me hesitate to walk in. She was very kind and understanding even though I asked the same question twice because my brain wasn’t processing the info well? The receptionist was really professional too. Overall a good and fuss-free first experience!

not too sure why there are so many bad reviews. have been visiting them for years, even before they moved to the current location which is near toast box. sure there may have been changes in the way they manage their patients (attitude and process wise) due to covid. i observed that both dr. were more serious, and had to become more efficient, as their clinics are usually quite crowded and was handling swab test services. the 2 dr. have been seeing myself and both my kiddos, and visits have been generally pleasant. i do ask questions and they do address them. i think its quite normal to have good days bad days. if a patient genuinely have a concern, i am sure these two drs. will attend to it professionally. as for the nurses/counterstaff, same thing. some may come across as unfriendly (is it cos they dun smile?), but they always call back to check on my kiddos condition. cos its not 24 hrs, else i will give it 5 stars.

I had always gotten Dr Han for my consultation but gotten Dr Tan (lady doctor) for my treatment recently. And it was a test of patience. She’s either in bad mood or wanted to quickly rid of the patients, with a “listen-to-me attitude”. Seems that I can’t ask questions. Whilst Dr Han is the type who will listen to his patients and respect his patients. I wont stop coming here but I guess I know my preferred medical practitioner.

Doc Tan and Doc Han are amazing doctors who are both empathetic to their patient. I've been visiting their clinic ever since I was a primary school kid (close to 10 years) and they have always been very kind and patience to me and my family. I know that ever since the COVID-19 outbreak the clinic has gone through many changes and things are not the same as it used to be. However, I really appreciate the effort both doctors and the nurse puts in to accommodate and ensure the safety of all their patient. Kudos to eveyone and I hope the situation gets better overtime.?

Came for a consultation for a second opinion as my company doctor wasn't able to diagnose me properly. Dr Tan was patient and thorough in asking all the necessary questions and doing the relevant body checks. She was assuring and also gave me advice on how to manage my illness. I was surprised to receive a call the next day checking in on how I was feeling. Would recommend others to visit the clinic if they are feeling under the weather and looking for excellent care!
