Thus is the second visit for me to bring my boy here to see doctor. 1st visit was a great experience that the counter male nurse n Dr Joyce was very nice n patient, But 2nd visit the older female nurse attitude was bad n rude. When ask question she was kind of rude n impatience reply.

Besides the under managed front desk, Dr Joyce is a seasoned and patient doctor who took time to address all my skin rash concerns. She explains the conditions in details and advises how to use the medication. Overall, it’s worth my visit despite the heavy downpour!

Went to this clinic and was given a dismissive consultation. She told me five mins per patient and if I want longer, I need to go out and re-wait til all the new patients are cleared which I never heard of before in my life . I had already waited more than thirty mins for this consultation. Because of a lack of care and concern for my medical illnesses, I went to another clinic straight after and got a much better and professional diagnosis which effectively treated my illness and treated me as a person, not an object to chase quickly out the door. Edit: Dr threatened to take legal actions against me unless I remove my review. She highlighted this review to my insurance company too. Additionally, the clinic told my employer/insurance panel all my medical conditions and diagnosis in details without my consent making me very uncomfortable and breaching patient confidentiality rules.

First time here came all the way here cos it’s the nearest female GP here.. the guy nurse was very nice and patient and slowly explaining the steps and also even let me know that I have Chas card to use for better discount. Dr Joyce was patient and nice as well

I don’t live in the area but wanted to see a female GP and found this one. Dr Deepa is great! a very kind & friendly doctor :) Glad I now have an option to see a female GP when I need to! counter staff was nice too. I would suggest calling the clinic before coming in just to check on the crowd or q. however i did try calling a few days prior to my visit and no one picked up. I had to email their general email to hear back from a staff from their Toa Payoh outlet. take note if you don’t live near the clinic and your driving… the mscp is quite a distance by foot.

Great clinic - came from Sengkang to seek a female GP. Doctor Joyce was professional and made sure to explain to me thoroughly my illness despite the queue outside. She did not rush at all. Also asked whether they have HPV vaccine and she mentioned that she would order them for me. Really grateful for the level of care and concern! Staff was also great. Can understand why there's a queue outside. Although queue is long, they do not compromise on quality. Do come earlier than their opening time if you can - I reached approx. 5:50pm for their evening shift and was 5th in queue. Will bring my family here in the future as well!

Slowest clinic ever. Wrong decision. Better opt for Calrose opposite clinic our usual gp. More systematic. The person who calls out your number over the speaker cannot be heard clearly. Echo jus booming in your ears and patients get up to verify again personally. Covid positive still wait one hour plus outside humid clinic, burning with fever. I see kids with face red, crouching over chairs outside..feeling uncomfortable. We tried this cos company doctor. And yet they say they don't see details on their screen, when I have the app right in front of them stating otherwise and validity. Why do the patients need to be compromised of benefits just because their system interface has a problem. Not enough called company HR who double confirmed our information is legit. But clinic still cannot see info on their screen for any dependents. In the end we had to use CHAS.
