Hey Flash Coffee Team, I want to say I actually love your coffee a lot, almost patronizing everyday and I had a “superb” experience with your staff at Jurong Point lately on 3 Nov 2021, 12pm. Understand the staff are still very young, probably still students but I still hope you educate them properly in treating customers right and be in their professional attitude when they are working. Here comes my experience, I ordered a Nutella shake online before I reached the store, hoping to get it when I arrive 15mins later BUT as soon as I reached, there isn’t any sign of my coffee and they still ask me “you order something?” and I still have to “order” my drink again so that they can start to make my drink (it’s okay on this as I still have time to wait). THEN when the drink was done and I went to collect it, I requested for a small bag (because I got to travel). WOW, this malay guy with specs, yup, it’s a guy, he mocked at me and said “you only had a small drink”. So? Previously I ordered to travel around, I got a small bag how come now got comments leh? And Flash coffee team, guess what happen next? This malay guy is specs, he went to announce on my request to the team in the outlet and the whole team was laughing (in front of me, the customer) on my pathetic request for a small bag for my coffee. How horrendous can this be? I patronize because I like the drinks and coffee alot but I don’t expect this kind of service and attitude from your staff. I hope you look into this matter and resolve it before another customer like me face the same problem again. Thanks.

Got the Nutella hot chocolate (regular) and the pain au chocolat. The drink was surprisingly good and leaves a fragrant chocolate aroma. The pain au chocolat was heated up before serving and it was to my liking with a perfect amount of chocolate inside. Love the paper bag, the cup was placed in the bag with a cup holder so it was secured. Staff was friendly as well when serving me!

Got vegan milk options (oat, coconut and soy). Rich and creamy, mildly sweet and extra hot. That’s how I love my caramel latte! I’m sure, you’ll love it too ! Try it! 1$ top-up for mylk. I paid 5.8$ for a small. Tried macadamia flavour too! It was equally delicious

I went to the jp outlet on Sunday 19th Feb. Flash coffee? More like flash cockroaches. Utterly disgusted with the sightings of not 1 but 2 fat roaches while waiting to collect my drink. Where are their hygiene standards? I'm never returning again. Disgusting. Not to mention their coffee is only subpar, would give 0 stars if possible. One of the cockroaches came too near me and i killed it. Absolutely disgusting

It's nearly a week since this opened at Jurong Point and we tried their 1-for-1 offer for 4 days in to try various flavours. Drinks taste good, especially the Nutella shake and Macha-Damia Shake. Others too should be pretty good! However, there are long queues and takes a lot of time for orders to be delivered. Other than than everything is good!

(This review is based off the hot chocolate only) There’s an offer ongoing at the moment that provides a free drink for those who are vaccinated on their app - took a jab (no pun intended) at that and tried this out for the first time! The chocolate was very underwhelming, but given that they specialise in coffee, I would perhaps give that a go the next time I visit, considering the traffic flow that they command.

So happy that it has finally opened an outlet in Jurong Point, and you definitely can't miss the shop with its strikingly iconic yellow decor and cups!?⚡️⁣ ⁣ BB's first time trying out their Lotus Biscuit Shake, and it was love at first sip! Quite impressed with the generous amount of biscuit crumble lending its slight crunch to this savoury-sweet blend and the full-bodied floral notes of the coconut milk rounding off its addictive flavour profile. It's just what I need for the crazy hot tropical weather and a good option for non-coffee drinkers!⁣ ⁣ We paired our drink with their Traditional Liege Belgian waffles. Don't call the popo on us, but scooping some of the Lotus Biscuit crumble onto the waffles makes it so damn good!?⁣ ⁣ P.S. Highly recommend getting their Flash Coffee App to get ahead of the queue!⁣

New shop opens at Jurong Point. Another choice for coffee lovers. Great one for one offer in app now. Nice girls trying to maintain their cool and catch up with the huge crowd. Seriously think more than 2 barista are needed in the mall. Booth next to them have 3-5 helpers at a time.
