The doctors are good but no one answers the phone when you call the clinic. You can call in the mornings, afternoons or nights--- result is the same. No response. I wonder why they have a phone for.

There were no proper protocol for COVID19, Non COVID19, Serology test, PCR , and other outpatient treatment and resulted to long waiting period. This is definitely not fair for the patients who requires medical’s attention.

Visited the clinic on 18 May 2022, for scratchy throat and dry cough. Waited for more than 2hrs and was attended by a Locum doctor. Dr asked whether I did a self ART test. My answer is yes and result is a faint positive. I requested to do a supervised ART, Dr. says since I already did a self test and although it's faint positive, it's very likely going to be positive hence no need for clinic to do another ART. I asked Dr. then how MOH is going to be updated on my Covid-19 positive status. He says I can go MOH website to update.??? I searched the website but cannot find the said webpage to self update my Covid-19 positive status. Was sent home without supervised ART test despite having a faint positive self test and symptoms, was given some URTI medications and 3 days MC. Next day, I called up MOH Covid-19 general enquiry hotline and was advised to go back to the clinic to obtain a supervised ART if I were to request for facility isolation and to be eligible for free ART test kit . And was told by MOH staff, by right Clinic have to do a supervised ART test as long as I show any of the Covid-19 symptoms. Went back to Clinic next day to request for a supervised ART and was charged another Covid-19 consultation fee which can actually be done at one visit instead of 2. Was attended by Dr. Phoon, their main doctor. She is way much professional, attentive and helpful. And it took less than 15 mins to have my Covid-19 positive status updated. Was reissued a 7 days MC as supervised ART turns out to be positive. Looks like the Locum doctor don't even know what is the standard protocol in handling my situation.

unfortunately, the lowest star rating is 1/5. if not, I would have given a 0/5. after reading all the reviews, it is no surprised that Dr Lawrence Lam has gotten several bad reviews. it seems like I'm not the first, and neither am I going to be the last. in my second encounter with Lawrence Lam, I waited outside the clinic for swabbing. I saw him holding the PCR UTM tube along w the swab stick. so I thgt he was going to swab me. hence I raised my hand and indicate im the intended swab patient. how he respond: he pointed at the chair rudely, which indicates me that he want me to sit down when he could have just simply come out and tell me to wait patiently. in my first encounter w him, he was very straightforward and harsh in his words towards me when I explained that I didn't want 3 days MC. he replied rudely w harsh tone: "Then why are u here for??" sure. by all means, he can explain the SOP for all he wants. I am only unhappy w the fact that his tone has been very rude towards me and other customers. what kind of attitude is this? is this what u called a professional doctor? in my secon encounter w him, I was PCR swabbed by him. evidently, he didn't push the stick all the way and touch the nasopharynx. this shows how much he just want to clearly pass one patient after another without the intention to help sincerely. and after swabbing me, he pointed at me and say "go home ah, go home ah" rudely. this is the first doctor I have met that is the rudest and most unprofessional among all. even the Chinese staff at the counter also. she said this to me "u got symptoms and close contact come for what? aiya u cfm got covid go home rest lorr we don't need do anyth liao." and healthway medical did not explain this attitude from the nurse at all while only explaining the doctor action in their reply email to me. thereafter I mentioned the nurse attitude, my email was ignored without a reply. my question is, why is doctor Lawrence Lam still here? I do not know why, but it just seems like the company is trying to defend him despite so many bad reviews. as an employer, u should seek to understand your staffs attitude rather than condoning their actions.

The management seriously need to review the queuing procedure. So unfair for those who came early but have covid-symptoms. I tested ART positive so I came to register and was assigned a seat outside. Those who have covid/flu symptoms like me also need to wait outside, which is fine with non-aircon and windy weather. When I got lots of time sitting at the clinic door to observe people come and leave, I realised those who came much later than me can go inside see doctor first while those have cough, flu.. will be outside with me. It was very quick for those inside but it added on extra waiting time for the outside group. The group outside was not small either, there was about more than 10 people waiting outside. The doctor just focused on those inside first and leave the outside group at lower priority. We waited patiently for 2 hours. As time pass by, the clinic forget that covid patient also get tired after sitting for 2 hours. As a covid patient with fever, it was really tough for me to sit for too long, I could have quit to go home if not for compulsory reporting to MOH. I understand the doctor want to clear of the non-covid batch first then come to the covid ones. However, there should be some flexibility too. There should be time when non-covid patient are so many, it should be their turn to wait for us to see doctor, as we came much earlier than them. In my simple thought, procedure for most covid patients could be standard: declare, do ART, take medicine and go home. Not sure why we need to be put aside and join the forever queue. Other than the inconsiderate queueing procedure for covid patients, the staff and doctor are OK.

Brought my wife to see doctor on 10/7/22 at about 8.35am. Was quickly registered and waited about 45 minutes - which was a fair waiting time considering there were about 7 people ahead of her. Dr Lam attended to her and was very professional and patient. My wife Mdm Ong and I want to thank Dr Lam and the nurses for attending to her. Thank you for your service.

Did my 3rd sinopharm vaccination at this private clinic. Clinic was observed to be systematically managed and the strictest safety precautions had also been exercised against any possible covid infections. Apparently patients with flu-like symptoms were not allowed to enter their air-conditioned clinic. The nurses would attend to them first hand and the doctor will follow up in diagnosing them at the benches outside the clinic. PCR tests were also conducted at the other entrance of the clinic. Doctor Lam is very professional in explaining what the vaccine entails and what to expect thereafter. Pretty experienced with the covid vaccination regulations. Recommended!

Dr Phoon & her team are caring & dedicated. Amidst the surge of C19, they are filled with patience. Very gentle & never too hurry to push the patients away. A Very Big Thank You & I’m one beneficiary of their professional & compassionate service. They deserve a huge applaud !! This is the kind of Dr & her team that Singaporeans would be proud of… sacrificial & with a heart for the unwell ?
