I visited this outlet twice in December, first SA had this disposition that I would not buy anything and was cold and inattentive.
Two weeks later I returned and was served by another staff, I asked about this candle I wanted she said it is sold out. I asked her to check other outlets she said with confidence that the other outlets are also sold out as itβs a limited edition candle and she had just checked recently.
I called Tangs to check and it was available true to my suspicion. Even if all outlets are not related, and she wouldnβt know the availability, she should not have said what she said.
Both staff seems to be only interested in closing their own sales, and not promote the brand. What a shame!

β β β β β Very pushy and stressful staff. Didnβt let me choose nicely and properly. Was making me feel like Iβm wasting their time and I ended up buying the wrong perfume.
They also didnβt print a receipt as their machine was broken.
Very disappointed.

β β β β β The staff are bunch of rude bozos to be honest. My friend was in the shop while staff A was attending to other customer. There is staff B who was there but didn't even care when my friend was enquiring for the perfume. Staff B literally went out instead. When staff A finished selling the product to the other customer, she approached my friend while the one that walked out suddenly came back. The staff A acted so obnoxious like as if my friend owes her while enquiring for the perfume. The rudeness level skyrocketed. This kind service is totally unacceptable. Do not wait until the reviews filled with negative reviews but act while you can. Other stores' staff are so much better.

β β β β β 1. someone cut my queue when i was there first, there was 2 staffs and one of them saw me came first and waiting
2. the staff entertained the woman who cut my queue first despite seeing me
3. didnt give me any samples even though my friend went to the same out the day before and got samples

β β β β β Didnβt much care when a customer walks in, all 3 reps behind the counter doing pretty much nothing. When i came up to ask a question to see if they have an item in stock, the answer was just βnoβ with no reason but with rude attitude. Impressive customer service it is.
