There was a queue outside the store and i wanted to check if the item that I wanted is in stock before I join the queue. When enquired, the lady manager said that she would have to “run to the warehouse” to check for me, giving off false impression that they actually have stock. After queuing for 40 mins and when it was finally my turn, they did a <1 min check in their system and told me there was no stock. Seriously? They could have done that check before asking me to queue for 40 mins. It was as if my time didn’t matter. When confronted, the lady manager showed no remorse and insisted that she already did me a “favour” by spending “3 mins” to tell me that she will need to check the warehouse for stock. Utterly speechless and disbelieved at such poor customer service at Goyard. Never visiting again, only giving 1 star because there is no 0 star option.
P	Priti Goel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joey attended to us and she was fabulous, we were very happy with her service of showing us the range. She was full of spirits even though I m sure it must have been a very long day, looking at the constant queue to get in the shop.
N	NF on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrific and terrible service especially by the lady ‘manager’ who doesn’t value customer service. There was a long queue and I wanted to ensure the bag I wanted to purchase is in stock before queuing, not to mention that their service is extremely slow. I approached her and was told that they need to RUN to the warehouse to get the stock and colour of my choice and asked me to stay in the queue as their turnover rate is high. 40 mins later when I’m in, I was told that there is no stock by just a few clicks on the laptop. She defensively came to me and said she never promised any stock and she already spent 3 minutes of her time explaining to me that she had to RUN to the warehouse to do stock check (when it was <1 minute and she could’ve easily checked if it’s in stock via the laptop if she actually valued customer loyalty instead of making me wait?!?). Having staff like her just ruins the brand reputation and customer loyalty. Such a bad experience and service. She literally only has one job. Even sales assistant at pasar malam can do a better job

I registered my interest in a limited edition bag with him, he remembered and informed me when one arrived. Despite being extremely busy, he remained friendly throughout. Very professional.

She is probably suited for other jobs. Money can be spent better elsewhere ,

She and the team managed to get my wallet repaired and shipped internationally in such a timely manner with amazing communication. When I visited the store a few weeks back all of the sales staff were lovely and attentive (even though I wasn't buying anything).
