★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Louis' service is highly commendable. He puts his customers at the center, often going above and beyond his capacity. I was once five mins past opening hours n even though he had already closed for the day and left the premises, he walked back from the Mrt station when he knew I was coming. Furthermore, his workmanship is excellent! His professional advice is also trustworthy - he often provides good solutions to shoe problems and would give good recommendations on the work to be done. Sometimes he would also go the extra mile to give my shoes a nice polish and shine even though I was just there to stick on rubber soles. Frankly, he cares for my shoes more than me. Really glad he's back at the Ngee Ann City outlet! Have entrusted 5 pairs (and counting) of my precious shoes to him. A godsent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Louis Lim from Mister Minit Ngee Ann City is the most professional shoe repairer I have ever encountered. Not only does he know the shoe brands well (I have Paul Smith, Crockett and Jones and Fratelli Rossetti and he knows them) but his workmanship is top notch. He repairs and changes soles fast (normally within 24 hours) and never hesitates to polish the shoes and clean them free of charge. Louis is also very friendly and is very well known in the area. Overall very good value for money. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had trouble to fit my coach belt as it’s either too long or too short, came to this outlet at Orchard Ngee Ann, Alex attended to me, took him less than 5 mins to make it just a right fit for me! Looking forward to fix more stuffs with him at this outlet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed my watch straps changed and the gentleman helped me do it right away in a very courteous and professional manner ... and the best thing was, he didn't even charge me! I offered to get him tea or coffee or something but he insisted that I didn't have to. So grateful! ?
