β β β β β I had a bout of food poisoning and visited this clinic for the first time today. The reception staff were friendly and attentive. Did the paperwork very quickly. Dr Chong was very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns in a friendly and patient manner. Will definitely come here if I am ever sick again. Highly recommend this clinic. ????

β β β β β Friendly receptionist from registration process till the end even though she sounded just a little hostile at the very beginning (covid regulations means most people have to wait outside of clinic) when she had to tell everyone strutting in that they cant come in - I presume its cause she was just busy.
Doctor Chong who attended to me is a very friendly doctor who seems passionate in what he does. He is diligent and prompt with his follow up and patiently explains anything you may not understand.

β β β β β Dr Chong is fantastic. A friendly and caring doctor that is willing to spend time explaining his views and concerns.
I did my first PCR swab at his clinic and he was gentle and skillful so I felt minimum discomfort.
Highly recommended!

β β β β β Got my pre-departure PCR done here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating (needed to book a later appointment time to fit into our transit flight schedule). Swab test was administered very quickly and professionally too.

β β β β β I went for an ART swab. The doctor did not wear any PPE other than gloves and a face mask. After the swab, he placed my ART kit beside the previous patient's ART kit. There was hardly any communication between the doctor and myself. While perhaps the doctor will mentally remem which kit belongs to which patient and perhaps he feels that his PPE is sufficient, it does not appear to be following best practices.

β β β β β Excellent service. Came here to take a Pre-Departure ART Test. Very friendly receptionist and the process was seamless. Doctor was professional, friendly and good at explaining the whole procedure, completely stripped my anxiety away from anything. Whole thing took me <20 mins to complete, and I was sent the results in less than 30 mins. After receiving them, you also can go to take a hard copy. Would highly recommend this place!
