Their staff Joe Ann Siow, very arrogant and rude. Have no respect for Singaporeans.

Free eye check up is fake. Can't trust this shop if they start with fake offer.

Bought their brand cyma twice in the last 3-4 years because it fit my style. However the brand turns out not very durable within the 2 years both cyma glasses i bought broke easily.

Veronica Lim, the sales person at the shop, was very welcoming and kind. She helped me try out the different types of frames and told me the details of each one and how to choose the best glasses. The service I received was excellent, keep up the good work! (P.s. the price was really reasonable :D)

A bit of late review due to commitments but as promised: I’ll start with what I really liked about shopping there: I appreciate the fact that they are willing to discuss the prospect of getting a pair of glasses with you first and not just brush you off even though you are merely a shabbily dressed window shopper :D I was introduced to Keziah who on all accounts carried herself well and was very unfazed, dare I say even pretty chill, by the whole affair as I had custom requirements for my glasses and she explained what they could and could not do clearly which is something I appreciate when I buy stuff and I’m happy my initial idea for my glasses was dissuaded by her due to size of everything. However I Guess due to the rarity of my request she was not aware of a particular frame which would give the same look but was a smaller version of the pair I was looking for but hey her service more than made up for it and honestly no one can remember all the different models of a particular brand. No biggie, she helped me to order my frames in and went through the lense options with me step by step patiently and honestly when everything fitted together, it really was a great experience because she took the step to Ensure the little details were taken care of. Management please commend and reward Keziah for her work ethic and professionalism. Her touch of humour to the whole affair made it a really pleasant and stress free experience shopping. Overall if you want great service and a wide assortment of Brand’s, look here. Will definitely return again and 5 stars from me.

Giving 5 stars to the optician named Kezaiah Teoh. Went in very late, close to their closing hours, but she was still very patient in helping me pick the proper lenses with good explanations and eye testing. Ended up past their closing hours but still she was very patient and provided care and attention to my needs. Optical 88 management, please take note, you have a great optician in Kezaiah.

Wonderful, attentive service. Iris was detailed and patient. She helped me try out a number of different frames, offered honest opinions and good advice. Was never pushy or impatient.
