★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t even give a star for the freaking loud & rude desk staffs. Been waiting for 35 mins for a pack of medicine and they were god damn fixing the label machine. Despite Telling them to expedite as I wasn’t feeling very well, they ignore and continued with the machine.
Will never come to this clinic ANYMORE

Called before going down to double check regarding registration, front desk said come before 4.30pm. Reached at 3.30pm, front desk say registration closed, only open at 4.30pm. NEXT, i went again at 7pm and was told registration closed when the clinic supposed to close at 11pm.
FRONT DESK WAS SUPER RUDE. Stood there for awhile and asked if registration was close 3x before her answering to me in an irritated voice.
Prohealth, Do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forget to take photo of this fat Chinese receptionist. She keep talking and laughing all the way, not serious at work. Asked me to do declaration, do finish already ask me to sit one side wait. Waited about 20minutes and this fat receptionist go and register new walk in customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son who is unvaccinated due to being medically ineligible saw Dr Wong Yone Chuen earlier. Doctor was loud and rude when my wife told him our son was unvaccinated. I will ensure another Doctor is on Duty if we need to visit this clinic again! I sure don't want to ever consult this Dr Wong Yone Chuen who has 0 empathy, rude and loud! Doctors should have empathy and speak with kindness!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing when entering the clinic you will see a signage that states they will not tolerate verbal abuse of staff. The fact that they published this tells you that either people generally are abusive or they should have realised that their staff have some sort of attitude problems instead.
After stepping in, scanned the health declaration, and approached the counter with a Hi after waiting a few seconds for the receptionist to finish with the patient she was with in front of me, and was greeted by a "wait wait wait". Well the rest is history. If thats how you start when dealing with patients, obviously you are asking for some sort of verbal retaliation from patients. After teaching her some manners, did not even listened that I was there have my son see the doctor and not me. Even put out her hand and give me the 'give me' gesture to which I asked what was the gesture for instead of asking?
So now we know what that signage is for.
The residing doctor was great though.

Employee shouted through the glass door to inform clinic closed ? PLEASE PLEASE have the decency to update your operating hours in google (many are using google to search for these kind of information) and not just only sticking a memo outside your clinic!
