β β β β β Dr Nadia is the probably the most caring doctor I've met and will meet. That's what struck me most, out of her other attributes, like professionalism, patience, sincerity, helpfulness, empathy. I could go on but I'll need a dictionary.
The reception staff were helpful in setting up a referred specialist appointment as well. Great first experience

β β β β β Fairly good clinic. At least donβt feel irritated when visit some clinics with rude nurses or doctor esp when one is unwell.
Registration is easy, nurses gave good instructions what is required. Not too long wait too.
Met Dr David Chan, who is nice and patient too. Did a swab test by the nurse, she is nice and patience. She said she will be gentle. You wonβt wan to encounter a rude nurse or rough nurse when u do ur swab.
She came with the guidelines, medicines and all. Itβs a breeze visiting this clinic.
Will be back if unwell
Even though I have to take one stop train to come over but itβs worth it.

β β β β β Very poor service and donβt know why still need book the appt since they donβt even care about the timing.
All of us more than 10 person came at 9am for PCR appt and we are standing outside the clinic and wait more than 1 hour.
It is not organize at all and there is no person to start the test yet and nobody is telling us why we waiting for and how long should we need to take. SO WE JUST WAIT FOR NOTHING?
1 person wait for 1 hour and 10 person = ?
We donβt care if your clinic outsource the PCR test, we really donβt care and it is your problem if you not able to organize it in proper. You need to figure out it instead of let the reception to answer us they also not sure and they donβt know how to handle those issue.

β β β β β Very poor service!!! Made appointment to see doctor one week ago but the Chinese auntie with glasses at counter is VERY VERY rude and only inform me that there is no doctor in clinic after making a WASTED TRIP down to the clinic!!! If there is no doctor at my appointment time, shouldnβt there be a phone call to inform us instead of wasting my time to traveling down!!!And she commented that is not her fault but the dr fault, not the least apologetic and was very rude. This is very irresponsible and unprofessional!!
Management should really look into this matter !!!

β β β β β This is a very weird clinic. They do not have doctors at times, but stays opened in order to redirect patients to order clinics. I really don't get it. I would very much prefer if they updated the website of Facebook page so that no one makes a wasted trip down.

β β β β β I started calling from 9 am till 2.25pm today. Finally someone answered my call at 2.25pm.I tot they were closed, so I called the Dental tel# instead.
They are supposed to call me last Friday or latest Sat to provide me with the receipt # so that I could do my X-Ray today. No body called, I have to delay my X-Ray for one day. This is really a painful process. Not very responsible.
However, I really like Dr Nadia. She is such a wonderful doctor, very caring.

β β β β β Went to Q&M for the first time for my polishing and scaling.
The dentist and his assistance was very impolite and rushing. The overall experience was really very bad. They did not have a proper place to even put my spectacles on but told me to leave it on the chair.
I feel like itβs very unhygienic cause itβs something that I wear on my face but yet asked to place it in a chair where people sit on it.
There was almost no interaction or update between me and the dentist. I had to ask if my teeth was alright even when I was done. The whole process of cleaning my and scaling took maybe 10mins? Or even shorter.
Felt like an express service for the price.
I would not come back again.
There were also hidden cost not shown on its website on the disposables which amount to $18 on top of the bill.
In summary, bad service, bad interaction, and I feel uncomfortable.

β β β β β waited in queue for almost 1.5 hours for my ART because doc was βstill otw, taking taxiβ. Results came out super fast as negative when i took 2 ART test at home prior and both turned up positive. Took another one at home again after the negative result and still positive albeit the line was super faint. Went to a gp the next day and got referred to another clinic in Tamp for ART and ofcourse it was positive. God knows whether they even bother lol super bad service i would avoid picking this clinic as the QTC to go to lol
