★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for great service in Saint Laurent, I urge you to find Victoria Sun. She served me and my husband with the utmost care. Her service was unbiased, she made sure we felt important as everyone else and assisted me throughout my time in the boutique.
We need more S.A like Victoria across all brands, I've never received top-notch services as such in Dior or LV. Thank you, Victoria for making my time spent at Saint Laurent, memorable.
I came in getting what I needed and left like a million bucks ?

Jianbin in particular was very helpful & patiently waited on me to make my decision. After I decided he then gave useful advice on after-sales care & tips on how to take care of my bag. Thank you Jianbin:) Hope it won't be long before I come back here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the boutique on 07 Jan 2022, and was served by a young staff, Keng Sim. I dressed very down and has no make-up as I just finished my facial. There was no other customer in the shop, when I walked in the young staff was very friendly and offered me some assistance. I shown him what I am looking for. He also offered to take some other design and size for me to see and compare. Initially he wanted to sell me the display piece as he mentioned it's the only piece in the boutique, but he took out a new piece for me eventually.. haha.. not sure why. Other sales agents just stand around and chitchat among themselves. Anyway, unless you have a regular sales agent, for first-time visit such boutique, always look for young/new staff. They are usually friendly and provide good services. Also similar situation when I first visit LV at ion few years back. I am very pleased with my purchase and visit today. Keep up the good work Keng Sim

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to purchase a gift and had a very unpleasant service. Store wasn’t crowded and yet need to Q outside the store . Staff not sure with her product , not even up selling, don’t even need to say about recommendation, is ok still sound rude. Still need me as a customer to teach her what to do, then she move . Asking for a gift receipt just in case and in the end still reprint me a receipt . OMG !! Where is the basic service standard? I didn’t wish to mention the staff name but please buck up on service standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to pop by the store after walking around Ion Orchard and Jian Bin was the one who attended to me. I had experienced rude and unfriendly sales associates the entire day so I was pleasantly surprised to be treated so nicely. Not only was Jian Bin friendly and extremely helpful, he even took out different colours of the bag for me to see even though I wasn't sure if I would be buying it.
I was so impressed by his service that I went back the next day to purchase the bag. 2 weeks later I even went back to buy 2 more card holders from him. At first I couldn't decide between 2 designs of the card holder but he understood what I wanted and recommended the best one for me. It turned out to be exactly what I needed.
Highly recommend looking for Jian Bin if you are at Saint Laurent in Ion Orchard, his service is really top notch.
