Have used TPG for quite some time, frankly because of their price. Service is good, it's mainly not good on certain parts of the highway and in tunnels, but other than that, in most heartlands, the service is on par with quite a number of other telcos that exist in Singapore and is much cheaper. Customer support is also very helpful, I've contacted them for about 3 times on different occasions asking for help with termination, signing up for new lines, changing lines porting etc and my questions are usually answered relatively promptly, kudos to them!

TPG has always been prompt in addressing my queries over email. Recently I had issues with data roaming and I couldn't get it to work and did troubleshooting on my own but couldnt resolve it on my own. I reached out to TPG over email and with their guidance, they were able to help me with further troubleshooting. The staff who attended to me were professional and helpful. I'm using SIM-only plan with them and it's really value for money. Thank you, TPG!

I have just signed up the new SIMBA Senior plan but faced some problems in the set up. No, this is not a complaint. In fact, I wish to compliment the excellent customer services provided by SIMBA TPG. Especially, I wish to commend on the excellent services of Ms. Linda Yau - Customer Experience Support. Linda was so patient and helpful with my inquiry. She did not rush me but listens tentatively with my detailing of the problem and after, offers step-by-step guides to resolve the issue. The conversation with her over the phone was very pleasant and gave me assurance that I am in good hands. Keep up the good work Linda! By the way, the problem I had with the set up of the phone was resolved with Linda's help. Thanks again!

This is based on customer service experience. I am not yet familiar with the service speed as it was my first day of use! The customer service representative was truly helpful and very attentive to my needs. He walked me through how to activate the voice calling, walked me through the difference in the different phone plans available, and even gave me recommendation on what to do in order to get the best value phone plan!

Purchased the 100gb for $10 plan. Went to the Promenade outlet which was more empty. Diana who was stationed there was extremely helpful and patient. Had poor encounters with other staff, but she's really the best?? Really pleasantly surprised with my experience today. thank you TPG?? FYI, the TPG outlet at promenade is near the gantry towards suntec.

In a nutshell - Super service and support at a very affordable price! The TPG customer service is very responsive too and has been able to help me effectively when I've had issues with the service. A roaming issue I reported, took more than a month to resolve but the TPG team was on it, very responsive and nailed it in the end. Kudos!

Totally happy with their service I am planning to dump my current telco SH as they always have long queue Not friendly and beyond answering 3 questions they ask u to take a queue number for v simple questions Definite not user friendly to senior citizen I only pay 5 rm a month for seniors citizen 20 GB data plus 1 GB roaming in 54 countries How can u beat that? Their outlet in Orchard Central has very friendly Filipinas so patient and efficient . Highly recommended esp to all senior citizens

Staffs are absolutely friendly,and helpful throughout the process of purchasing things I wanted. total 3vdtsffsvand more than 3 customers including me. was offered to sit down 1st or I ask whether I can sit and wait for my turn to be served, not really important anyway. I will not have waited for around 10 to 15 minutes before if not for a particular uncle actually make my wait worthwhile. Respect to the lady who handled a situation well on a unreasonable customers who want to make a complains on a $0.30 which he said he accidentally use it and wanted a refund of the remaining $4.70 which he Accidentally top up ? I not very sure of the details, it was irritating and entertaining at the same time, and it went on for 15bminutes, repeatluly asking the same questions and explaining why it happened over and over again, and it actually started before I reach the TPG shop. Thumbs up to the lady staff and the helpful guys who help me through the process. thanks for your excellent services.
