★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outlet only has self service kioks to order. Accidentally made a error and ended up ordering extra. Unable to change order or refund beacuse the outlet "doesn't have cash". Granted I should have been more careful but I don't think it is a valid reason to deny a refund from a mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a beef burger at this lunch place for $14 (set), with toppings included in the price. The patty was decent for its price, somewhere around Omakase Burger standard, though it could be warmer. They have started providing utensils and napkins. The milkshake was sweet, and it would be improved if there were mustard sauce.

I can only recommend the Double Bacon and Cheese Burger set meal (a whopping $22 for just ONE person). Sure it's juicy beef mixed with a satisfying hint of crunch from the bacon, but it's nothing you can't buy under $14.
The other burgers pale in comparison to the Double Bacon and Cheese in my opinion.
Apart from that, they have an automated handwasher that's great for degreasing and disinfection from COVID, what a nice touch. Atas fast food facilities make for atas food with atas aesthetic. Maybe that's why the menu quite priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the by definition very simple and homemade burger. I took a chicken burger and boy that it surprised me. The taste blown me away. You can choose the toppings you want and it is such flexible. Overall great taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent burger - for the price - but couldn't figure out how to order with mayonnaise on their self ordering machine. I liked the idea one could request medium, medium rare, etc. for the beef patty. Fries didn't seem fresh but we're edible.
We also ordered the cheese chili dog. Hot dogs always taste better with a beef sausage - they use chicken sausage here. Nonetheless, it was fine with lots of garnish and dressing.
It's not fine dining but enjoyable and good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no clue why this place got such poor reviews. The burgers are much bigger than what you get at Shake Shack, with unlimited veggie toppings, and a bun that is lighter and easier on the stomach.
The fries stay crispy for quite a while, and aren't overly salted either. Milkshakes are the perfect thickness, easy to drink while still being satisfyingly dense.
A burger with fries and drink is <$15, a very reasonable price for JEM restaurants.
10/10 Will keep coming here to satisfy my burger cravings.
