β β β β β The visit to the vet was a pleasant one. They even allowed my pet cat to stay with them for a few hours. The wait room was very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The vet and the hospital staff were friendly and warm.

β β β β β Thank you Dr Grace Heng and nurses for explaining our chinchilla's condition in detail and also for helping to handle her. Thank you for also showing us how to feed our chinchilla her medications. Highly recommend them for chinchilla diagnosis and treatments.

β β β β β Ridiculous serviceβ¦. Asked to wait for more than 3 hours for being late for 10mins for our appointment. Could at least have the decency to explain to us at the beginning upon registration that they will have to allow other customers to skip our queue but did not do so. Explanation was only given when we approach the receptionist asking for an update 3 hours later. Had we known, we could have came back later and not sit around like an idiotβ¦ Utterly disappointed

β β β β β This Veterinary Hospital (staff)gives quality care and sincere respect to our Animal friends. The staff are learned and caring. This veterinary practice is good and we recommend with great faith.
Waiting time long is good because time is spent on Detailed therapeutic action for sick animals. No fast food practice please.
The journey to this Hospital may appear as a redemptorist journey of sights and sounds and smells.
Upon arrival, we found a professional and well run unit that we can trust their skill, professionalism and love.

β β β β β Service generally has been good, never had much issues when I send my pets in, be it for consultation, vaccination or dental scaling. TJV also sends reminder via mail to my house when my pets are due for their annual vaccinations. Charges are slightly higher during peak periods. Even though appointments have been made, there is can still be quite a bit of waiting before being served.
