★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room for improvement. The lady at the cashier was impatient initially but subsequently she took the initiative to help me to use the $5 voucher by keying in the TB Gift nbr after failing to scan the QR code although had brightened up my mobile screen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't know they serve Roti Prata. The prata was crunchy and nice but the chicken wing should have stayed in the microwave a little longer. But for a quick snack, it's all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went there 19 July 2022 around 07:45 pm.
the staff ( a guy) who serving food is quite unpatinet.
first i gentle remind him that i want kopi C and he yell at me and say that wait one second.
after that proceed for payment and i paid via pay wave. After i tap and pay then i bring my food and plan go to table.
during the period he never wait and check the payment process at cashier and go the other side.
when i move one step then he shout and say can u
come back again.
I dont think he can treat the customer like that..i dont understand what he is angry for..
His duty to check payment go well or not.. If something wrong he have to say genetly ...there is no right to shout for that.
i wish the shop owner to see this comment and improve the staff attitide during working hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistent Quality but poor service! This particular branch is not too crowded and is spacious compared to most branches. The food and drinks are of course consistent and is good for the price. I always find myself having kopi here after walking around Funan or when im craving for my favorite Curry Chicken ;). The cleaning auntie is helpful and attentive making sure tables are always clean. The restaurant is vibrant and is a perfect place to hang out. Bringing down my review from 5 star to 1 star. My latest visit the cashier was rude like she does not want us to be there. The tables are also dirty and order took so long to be served considering is not crowded at all. Sigh.. because of this bad service im never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Average food. Visited this place twice, two different staff served me and both had the same bad attitude. Management should train staff on customer service.
Average food and same options as other cafes. There is a bread shop as well.
They are also very slow with making drinks and preparing food.
Toast was extremely dry and bland.
This is a popular franchise. Not sure if it's just this particular store with terrible service.
