R	Robin Loon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually a good outlet, friendly and attentive even when there is a crowd. But today (21/2/2021) at around 620, there was no many people but the service was appalling. Syhaida who is usually obliging is curt and rude -- very disappointing. Management needs to look into this.
A	Ayodhya Pathirana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not attentive. I visited here recently. There outlet was not crowded. The staff member who ready the orders suddenly left without asking my order. She was clearing the kitchen and ready to close. Then the cashier came and took my order. Poor service.

Order all the veggies and you'll still need a magnifying glass to find anything in your sub. Once on a delivery order they totally left the meatballs out of a meatball sub. Avoid like the plague.

When it came to the sauces, I thought there was jalapeno sauce so I just said that and the male employee was seemingky disgruntled and irritated like a pepper jalapeno, he rudely told me "Where got jalapeno sauce, what talking you", with his voice raised. Then to end it off, the woman at the cashier's even got my order wrong and overcharged me. When i told her it was the buffalo chicken meal, instead of checking the detaild of the meal, she just asked the male employee if i ordered bulgogi or buffalo chicken., seemingly thinking i was lying to her. Overall a very bad experience.
s	sl thegreat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience from the staff. Went at around 9.30pm today, was being served by Leo. The queue was empty, so I went to him by saying honey oat bread. He just simply look at me as if I am speaking an alien language then proceed turn his head to the back without saying a word. The rest of the ordering process was a total bad experience. The crew used to be polite and friendly but I wonder what has happen recently. Good food bad service. Might just skip subway in total next time.
A	Anna Marie Alde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small dining area. Open til late but fortunately most items are still available. They have the Coca Cola drink machine but I'm not sure which flavors are on tap, aside from the usual ones. Plus they will be the ones to fill your cup.
S	SJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the counter was very nice but the aunty cleaning the place was awful. She kept chasing us away even when I haven't finished my food. She claimed there were no more seats, but there was at least 3 other empty tables. She chased us away 3 times in 5 minutes intervals. I thought it was an unpleasant experience. If the restaurant was full I would understand but there were many empty seats. I'm not sure why. So I ended up bringing my half eaten sandwich and cookie home.

However should encourage the staff to give larger serving of ingredients as it felt like he was very unwilling to give more slices of carrots / beetroots especially when people buy footlong and prefer larger serving of ingredients to go with the bread ??
