★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are too busy chatting to attend to you. When we asked some questions at the cashier can't even be bothered to reply, just nod nonchalantly. Maybe she's having a sore throat but moments before happily chatting to colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nasty attitude even at the start of the day. if people ask you decently if you have a certain shoe size/model, it is not because they are entitled. didn’t know your staff weren’t aware of their own job scope. hopefully staff are trained better.
