Brought my dog to Mt Pleasant at night when most vets are closed. He ate some chocolates and they recommended I brought my dog in as soon as possible. The clinic is very clean and well equipped. Staff were patient and clear in their explanation and instruction. They also readily answered our questions and enquiries.

This is truly an animal hospital fully staffed by vets and nurses in the “wards”. It’s run like hospital with strict visiting hours. The wards are fully staffed by qualified nurses and can provide details on your pet’s daily progress. They are truly caring and professional with their patients. The hospital have an ultrasound equipment, and specialists for other conditions. Impressed with their wards. Glassed off area for cats, another for ICU, contagious diseases, and wards for large dogs. Really impressed with the nursing care providers.

Usually my go to hospital during emergency but this time round was a disappointment, my cat was wrongly diagnosed, Vet must be either new, not experienced enough with cats, I paid over 1k ( 2x visiting because the issue came back the next day after discharged) feeding the medications prescribed totally no help, but glad that was no help rather than it could harm my cat further. Went for 2nd opinion with other clinic and both the vet and I agreed that my cat was having other issue instead and my cat’s symptoms subsided 1 day after injection and medication. My suggestion to MPVC, please always deploy a more experience vet on emergency duty, experience in not only with dogs but with cats. Listening to what the pet owner describes about the symptoms is equally important to analyse the case.

Rushed my geriatric cat to this animal emergency centre on a Sunday night. Dr Sarah Wong examined and assessed poor recovery prognosis for feline aortic thromboembolism. She gave us options and sadly, we decided to make the heartwrenching decision to euthanize as its heart rate was weakening. She gave us private moments to spend the last journey with our cat as well as walked through the process emphatically. Our heartfelt appreciation to her and the male technician who attended to our case on 27 February 2022. My pet is home now in his final resting place .

Dear Mount Pleasant Gelengang “Hello, I am Gluey’s owner.” That’s how I would always address myself whenever I call in. After an X-ray shows signs of suspicious big C at another clinic, I turned to MP Gelengang seeking for a second opinion for my best friend Gluey. I got lucky in successfully making my appt with Dr Anthony Goh on the same day when someone cancelled. I was 8th month pregnant then, and I will always be grateful for consideration shown to me whenever I’m at MP Gelengang. From the first appointment to the last, I have nothing but praises for the team & Dr Goh. Dr Goh have shown exceptional skills, knowledge, compassion & respect for Gluey. The communication is clear and concise: explanation about Gluey’s condition and making sure I understood the what, when, why and how regarding the medicine he was sending me home with. We have a common goal, which is to support Gluey to feel better in her fight while bracing ourselves with come what may. As I continue to grieved over Gluey; I would like to take this time to thank the team at MP Gelengang from everyone at the reception, technician Lisa, Dr Chua & lastly Dr Goh. You guys have made a huge difference in our lives & no words are enough to appreciate the service you do. I had a pleasant experience on Wednesday, when I took my dog Joy to the hospital for annual vaccination and check up. Dr Ng Jeenise, who was the doctor I consulted, did a good job. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. She answered my questions patiently and offer her advice, which I appreciate very much.

Love this vet. Out of other vets that I went with my pets. I prefer this branch. Have been seeing them for my previous dog who passed and my current dog who’s still alive. I believe it’s more than 4 years with mount pleasant already. So far I love their service. The only place I trust my pet with ngl. I live in the west but I’ll always take the long travel to them for my pet’s health

Did echocardiogram here. Professional and went smoothly. I was late and they called me and accommodated. Lots of food options for dogs being sold here. Generic medicine at better prices available. My husband made use of the coffee machine ?
