β β β β β Very rude salesman who snaped at me for asking to get a different size. How do I know, this is my first time to buy a pedro shoes for my husband. For sure I will never buy a pedro shoes again for my husband! I bought anyway for the sake of my husband asked me to buy a pedro shoes for him, but after I told him what happened, he said I should have walked away n forget about buying it. It just ruined my day!

β β β β β Bad service! Arguee with customers over paperbag. I bought 3 pcs of handbags and asked for 3 small shopping bag and they wont give me. Shoes quality also bad. What such a cheapoo store. Cut cost by this way. We argued until all customers looking at us and laugh. Shame on you pedro!

β β β β β Strategic location. Many people pass by this area everyday. Pedro bag and shoes is quite affordable. Design quite good. There are few other shoes shop next to them. So u can go and take a look at the same time.

The men hand bags also very beautiful n simple design. Definitely recommended to anyone.. I will come to Singapore in the future shop more items for this brand.

β β β β β I bought a pair from Wisma branch, but the branch was really busy and gave me a defective pair. Went down to Nex branch to exchange, and they gave me a perfect pair, and all of the store staff were super helpful and kind. If you want excellent service, go to Nex branch.

β β β β β Extremely pleased with the warm and professional service offered by Leslie(who was wearing the trainee tag) at the Wisma Atria outlet today. He was polite and well-poised even though he needed to serve multiple customers during dinner time. Well done, both Leslie and Pedroβs trainers!

β β β β β Was pleasantly surprised by how warm and helpful the service of this place is. A lady ensured I was being attended to. A tall bespectacled guy went above and beyond, walking to the Ion branch to get me the pair of shoes that they did not have my size for.
He recommended the friction pads for my shoes and I purchased a spray that repels water. He put on the friction pads and sprayed the shoes for me too..
I ended up purchasing more than required but I felt his service was impeccable. ?
