I was here on 21/03 at 3.36pm to get my lab test reports and waited for more than 2 hrs. I felt that the waiting time could be better if Dr Sun JingFeng manage her time well.

wait was a bit long despite making an appointment, but after finally getting my consultation and meds i realised that the staff was doing their best to make everything move as fast as it could despite the delay. all the staff i encountered were wonderful. thank you healthcare staff for your hard work!

Was attended to by Dr Clara Lavanya Apollos today and her gentle demeanor, patience, and professionalism made me feel at ease throughout the whole consultation. The nurse at the laboratory was also very skillful in extracting blood - it didn't feel painful at all. The staff helping me make appointment at 329D and the staff at the pharmacy and payment counter were also very helpful and nice despite it being close to their knockoff time already. This contrasts greatly vs the last time I visited the polyclinic where the doctor was impatient and made me feel like she wanted to end the consultation asap and send me away. The same feeling of impatience was also felt with the staff making appointment for me and the nurse drawing my blood said she could not find my vein and tried digging around for the vein under my skin till it bruised the following day - she eventually got another nurse to draw my blood on my other arm. Not trying to make racist remarks here because I myself am a chinese, but I was attended to by a Chinese doctor and chinese staff during my previous visit and somehow they seemingly lack empathy and patience. In today's visit I was attended to by an Indian doctor, a malay nurse, and malay staff who were just so nice and made me feel taken care of.

I hv always experienced wonderful n dedicated service fr attended healthcare members whenever I visit. Unfortunately, tday for my 10.05am appt for a lab test at unit 430 room A, I hv the misfortune of encountering a staff member,Maybel, who was determined to b adverse toward waiting patients by acting condescending n talking down to them. This was the attitude I recd fr her. Its best if she adopt a well mannered tone in guiding patients more so toward those that r more senior than her in age. I got to c her @1020 but was told off rudely to get a lab test status form first. When I got back to her, a patient who missed her appt was attended by her, hence I waited. Once the patient left, I went in but was told off rudely to wait outside n wait for her attending call. Another 10 mins past, by then I noticed my number was no longer on the calling board. I went in again to made my stance on her tardiness n her condescending tone toward me. Instead of handling my objection, she elect to request for her colleague to take over n walked out abruptly. The staff member that replaced her was such an opposite of her, gentle, humble n well mannered n with a lovely smile. Instead of someone like Maybel who sulked thru out the interaction with me.

Dr Sun Jingfeng was literally the slowest out of the 4 doctors available when you present with Covid symptoms. Got my queue slip at 0948hrs and I will probably only see her past 1200hrs while people behind me who were assigned other rooms got checked up faster.

Most people posting here actually don't even understand how a polyclinic works. You will have to obtain an appointment to see the doctor if you want to be seen by a certain time. Given the rising population in Punggol, its not practical for walk-in patients to expect themselves be seen immediately. People in general need to behave in a less entitled manner. If you are the type of person who likes to whine for even waiting for an extra 10min (like most people in this review page) , go to a private hospital, pay the big bucks and earn your right to whine. This polyclinic seems to be doing a good job despite multiple constraints.

Registration was a mess with patients and caregivers flocking in without proper queue. Some regular folks "self service" to the declaration form even though nurse told them nicely to wait, perhaps the form should be placed further out of public reach? Opening hours for dental clinic is 1.45pm, but online says it's 1.30pm. Many thanks to the nurse Vivian manning the counter who issued my copy of referral letter speedily

Went with my grandma in the morning. Was told that the next earliest appointment was in 3 hours. I explained to them my grandma's condition and the staff were really helpful and accomodating. They managed to let my grandma see the doctor and get the treatment she needed within the hour. I'm very thankful to all the staff that helped out. Apologies for not remembering all of your names. Many many thanks to all the staff that helped us out ❀️
