★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacist is rude and was unrepentant when confronted with mistakes. No apologies is one thing, she still has the cheek to ask if the prescribed medicine makes any sense. Super disappointed at the service & attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and impatient TCM physician who keeps raising her voice at me throughout the consultation when I cant recall details. Proper manners is needed from the TCM physician. Not a proper way to treat an elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If not for the physician who was able to cure and heal my mum, I would not visit this place. The reception staff are all rude. This facility is mostly visited by elderly patients. I suggest the counter and reception staff have a little more patience and pay more respect to elderly patients. I heard them raising voice to patients who may not be clear to the process. Frankly speaking, no clear instructions are given too. All they need is to speak politely and not raise voice like a barbarian.
