★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is too slow. Not much people in queue but sadly it took me 25 minutes to place order. Totally disappointed. Won't dine at this branch anymore. Wasted my time literally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a free bulgogi chicken sandwich from eating two packets of potatoe chips bought from Sheng Siong. Good to the tummy, filling, and cool and quiet environment compared to other eateries at My Heartbeat @ Bedok. Nice, cosy place to chill.
The staff wasn't that enthusiastic, kept asking me to choose my flat bread without explaining though I showed him my free sandwich. I was surprised because I didn't expect free sandwich still has a choice.
Next to me was a tray of trash uncleared while I was seated. After I have finished my food, I saw a fly which managed to get in and haunt above the trash. The staff was talking to each other but no one cleared the trash on the table.
If not for the nice, comfy atmosphere, I would not consider a return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always fresh. Always good. No power outlet for customer use. The USB ports on the bench seats does not work.
Apr 2021: I just realized they changed the selection of vegetables and my sub with all the veggies tasted quite different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the ground level in heartbeat@bedok... Love the sandwiches that comes in full vegetables of your choice n they really not stringy of giving. Highly recommended to have a healthy bite n relaxing environment... Not forgetting, they do have promotion of $5.90/ set meal comes with drink n 1cookies n daily specials too... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Bedok@Heartbeat, Subway is located on the first floor, #01-16. Newly renovated and spacious. It is clean and greeted by friendly staff. Keep it up. Do you know you can choose healthier options from F&B outlets under HPB's Healthier Dining Programme?
