★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be my go to place to get Ted Baker items when I can't travel to London but would probably not anymore after unpleasant experience on last Sat, 17-Apr. During payment, the salesperson wasn't focused, causing duplicate transactions charged to my Atome application. As soon as I realized I called them up but was simply told there isn't double transactions at their POS system and whatever I see on Atome would be corrected within 24 hours. But nothing happened. I wrote to Atome and they told me merchant has to cancel the duplicate transaction. I called their shop several times but no one is picking up the phone. So I have no choice but to reach out from here. Best of all they never remove security tag from my item. Extremely disappointed with Ted Baker Ion.
Update 21-Apr: Ted Baker has resolved my issue, just need to bring my item to remove the security tag. It's all good now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favour brands from UK. Love the design and material used. Was very excited when they are opening a outlet in Ion orchard. However, it was a complete disappointment. The service staff was not helpful and the selection is limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have fine collection. I actually went there to get blazer. Found one which was very nice but they need to have variety of blazers. Just 1 or two types aren't enough. If they can add more to the collection, it will be awesome.
The store is awesome and the attendant was very helpful.
The above is only applicable to blazers. I think they have good collection for women.
