โ โ โ โ โ Kai Wen is very patience and helpful and very nice and polite to elderly.
The air conditioner in the shop is too cold and my mum shivered and Kai Wen passed her a blanket to cover.
Is better to adjust the air con to a more comfortable temperature.

โ โ โ โ โ Purchased a first King sized bed, was served by a humorous and accommodating Kai Wen. The whole experience was oddly awkward having to visit all the alternate brands of mattresses in IMM. We were encouraged by Kai Wen to vision our sleeping position & rest for a min of 30 minutes on their mattresses to find the optimum thickness/hardness. In comparison, the other brands of sales staff often left us wondering if they were being deliberately obtuse.

โ โ โ โ โ My husband and I were shopping for a mattress in IMM and we chanced upon Tempur. We were served by Kaiwen who generously brought us through all the series, and explained to us how we should be choosing the mattress. Kaiwen is very knowledgeable and definitely very patient! My husband and I literally went back to Tempur IMM at least 3 times to try on the mattress over and over again. The mattress is indeed divine and Kaiwen's service has made us decide on sealing the deal. Now we cant wait to have good nights sleep (: Thanks Kaiwen!

โ โ โ โ โ Had an enjoyable time learning more about the mattresses that they offered here, and was serviced by a super knowledgeable lady. Catherine clearly knows her mattresses and has probably been repeating things for the last few years now. Sadly the price to comfort ratio for me was not quite there, if not this would have been a good place to get my mattress from!
They're on the 3rd floor, right by Daiso.

Went in not thinking of buying yet but with Kai Wen's great knowledge, great service and her friendly personality plus great promotion - we cannot help it but to buy it way earlier than we should. Thank you for Kai Wen! You are a gem for Tempur!
