β β β β β Non existent queue-to-table management. Can be very frustrating to queue sometimes when the people queuing behind you chopes a new empty table and you're not sure if you can get a table after ordering. Problem only exists in this branch.

β β β β β Like that for $10.80 mala chicken fried rice.. Their ice orange tea (picture with slices of orange in it) is syrup orange with tea.. Which makes it very very sweet..
Taste is 2/10.. With a wee bit of mala taste.. Not fragrant at all.. Rather order their usual curry chicken or braise pork rice..

β β β β β Efficient preparation of meals, only thing is the long queue ahead. Usually busier from 830 - 930am. If u come at 10+ on weekdays, it's less crowded.
Overall nice place!

Only 1 person doing beverage on weekday busy morning. Not recommended to dine in. Queue for takeaway and waiting for seating is the same. No different queue. No logic. Wait for very long just for 1 take away coffee. Staff not attentive to split queue due to lack of manpower.
Focusing on delivery orders.
Since many month after feedback on google review.
Seems like this outlet doesn't see this as a problem. Very bad experience.

β β β β β Queue up to get a drink and dessert. Due to online food orders, customers in the Q were made to wait for quite a long time. I ordered a drink to go and dessert to eat in-house. The cashier did not tell the coffee maker my drink is to go. I had to tell the coffee maker myself and he was not happy telling me I had to inform in advance. Well I told I did. Your cashier DID NOT TELL YOU. WHAT LOUSY SERVICE AND ATTITUDE IS THIS? Toastbox Compass One service attitude pales terribly in comparison to tiger outlets. Look into it, Management!!

β β β β β Busy outlet on a weekday 10.30am. Queued for 15-20mins for seats. The milk tea was nice and the laksa broth was flavorful. However, their original noodle was mee tai mak instead of the common used thick rice noodle.

β β β β β Such poor service! All the staff seems unhappy to work. No direction to customers, no sign to direct customers to be seated. Although its opening up from Covid but customers still follow previous rules to Q in order to get a seat and then proceed to order their food. We did that today and ended up being accused by other patrons that we did not join the Q. Unnecessary incident created in your outlet. Please improve on customers service! Can't fulfill simple customer service

β β β β β Very lousy packing service for pick up. I placed order twice, both orders have missing items. The first order was two missing cakes. Todayβs order is a missing chicken curry. Please ensure your staff opened up their eyes when packing and put themselves into our shoes. No one like to receive a missing order!!!!!!!!!! Management cannot not be aware that such things happened because I cannot be the only one who experienced this. Out of 2 order, 2 failed which is 100% failure. Wake up and this will be my last order. You ppl better return me my curry chicken coz I now have to send my kid back to collect it. Shame on service provided. Donβt deserve even a star.
