Came to this outlet twice on 2 separate occasions and no one bothered to attend to us. I already took out my wallet and credit and was ready to purchase my selected earrings, but staff there seemed to selectively pick customers to serve- people that dress nicely. Totally judging their customers based on appearance and age group. There was a staff who was not attending to any customer and pretended to not notice our existence. Overall very bad service.

Served by Wilson. We went there for the first time to look around for 四点金 with no intention to buy yet. He recommended us really nice designs which most of it I bought it on my second visit. Not pushy and he wrote us a quotation of the items that we liked. Had great sense and eq Went there the second time to purchase. Really liked the designs there. Thanks Wilson!

Staff attitude very bad. Went in the store walk around but no one bother to greet us, maybe they think we not going to buy or because we doesn't wear like rich persons. Was served by a girl after we approached, who seems like not willing to serve and talk. Please train your staff properly.

I went to your Vivo City store looking to buy a platinum wedding ring, was told all rings in a particular cabinet was platinum. I liked your designs but noticed some of the tags had WG (White Gold) on them, I poured this out and your staff member apologised. I left your store as I was only looking to have a look at other stores. A couple days later I returned with the intention to buy, this time, I was served by a different staff member. I again asked for platinum rings where she showed me 4 different ones which she told me were platinum. I found one I like which I purchased for SGD $1500. As she was cutting the tag off I noticed WG on the tag I questioned this where your staff member attempted to talk me into continuing with the purchase as “it looks the same and is a nice ring. I wanted platinum as I work with my hands and need durability. Your staff member then produced another ring which was platinum which was in no way similar to my original purchase. I asked for a refund where she was hesitant in doing but eventually gave me a refund. I ended up leaving and buying a ring from Malabar where I can’t fault the product or service.

I’ve made a purchased over at Chow Tai Fook ION Orchard Singapore at 25th June 2022, 9.30pm. Before I did a purchase over there, I have been served by Wilson Tay and indeed he given me a very informative and answered my every question. In regards to his good service, I made a turn back at 9pm and decided to purchase a set of wedding band. Unfortunately, one of your staff (Yen Xing) served me with such a super bad attitude. I went to exchange the voucher (CapitalLand) which requires me 10minutes only. Yen Xing impatiently rushed my partner that they are closing soon at 9.30pm and asked her to hurry up. What kind of service attitude is this? We are badly served and disappointed with such untrained attitude. I hope you could give her a class training on how to serve the customer better. This attitude will spoil the reputation of the company.

Don't go Orchard buy! The staff Dennis no sincerely, I pay by card, after that still ask me top up cash. I believe the staff calculations, however NO, super disappointed.

Visit this store today and was served by staff named Terence Voo. Friendly service (not those kind of sweet talking promoter) and patiently helped me with the selection. Will definitely shop there again.

Highly recommend Terence Voo who patiently served me despite my indecisiveness to buy a pair of gold bangles. Each time i went back, he patiently took out the bangles from display cabinets to let me try again, over a total of 4 times!
