I changed vets due to a bad experience with blood drawing. I chose vets for life jurong kechill and have never looked back since. I went there to do a full health check with blood and a physical, they made it such a pleasant and safe experience for my dog that he didn't even realise blood was drawn. The vet techs are just amazing and so friendly, they always make you feel welcome and they genuinely love animals. The vets are also fantastic, we have seen Dr Teo, who also specialises in eye health, is super for our sharpei with eye issues and also other general health issues. We saw Dr Cheryl Ho too for a runny tummy and she was so lovely too and cured our doggy with the correct diagnosis. I have full trust in this team to take care of my doggy's best interests with their professionalism, skill and empathy. Thank you to all the doctors and vet techs!

Dr Teo and all the vet techs and nurses are truly passionate about healing and bettering the lives of pets and their owners. They are both efficient and thorough in treatment and diagnosis. Dr Teo treated our cat in his last stage of life, and went above and beyond to diagnose his illness and even patiently explained the possible causes, what symptoms we should look out for and even why/how the symptoms occur. She also advises treatments that are centered around the animal's wellbeing, and does not "upsell" or recommend unnecessary treatments. On top of that, she is very understanding to the owner's situation (both in terms of finance and beliefs) and respected our final decision. Previously, we had no choice but to change vets thrice due to misdiagnosis/unnecessarily expensive fees. Truly thankful to have been recommended VFL, and am eternally grateful for how they've helped our cat live his twilight years to the fullest.

Fortunately another vet do not have appointment slot when my dog is vomiting and recommended me to come here instead. And no regrets! Been here twice so far and always very good experience.Very professional & friendly vets & staffs!

Dr. Cheryl Ho is one of the most caring, attentive vets we’ve been to in Singapore. Mabel at the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable. We love our experience here, and travel here frequently despite living on the other side of the island. Highly recommended!
