Lady was doing something with the receipts and didn't acknowledge me at all. After abt 1-2min. I asked if i can take order, she asked me to wait...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never coming back. This is my 2nd time at this outlet. I saw some 'struggles and whispering' when my sushi was being wrapped but they put it in a box and gave it to me anyway. I got home and every sushi fell apart before i could lift it out of the box. The ingredients were so little, it was definitely not worth $9.90.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a mega-san but it was 75% rice... Besides the main ingredient, the amount of fillings were pathetic. It was just a small smear of avocado, literally 1-2 corn per piece of sushi, and I couldn't find my ebikko. Will not recommend this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only eatery that’s not full (in fact rather empty) on a weekend evening. Would think it’s because they are not consistent with the ingredients, firstly they don’t have salmon sashimi in stock, also the total amount of fillings given is not particularly substantial, I can see some parts are missing one or two items. Compared to other maki-sans around this is definitely not on par. Some seating available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered from Maki San in Punggol many times, and I like it, despite all the negative reviews about the ingredients being very little or sushi not wrapped properly. It’s always been ok for me.
But today I ordered again and added the tempura Kani sticks. It came with a pathetic small container of sauce, that guess what, had already turned mouldy. ?
Please maintain a better standard of your food and sauces.
